• You will be able to make a refund in money and cancellation of purchase order as long as the product has not yet left our warehouse.
• Please send an email to absolutefb@gmail.com when you wish to make a return or exchange where you describe the problem or reason for the return, photo in case of factory failure and a copy of your purchase order.
• In your email include Full name, order number and reason for return.
• The Return Policy is 7 days from the tracking number showing that you received your order.
• In order to apply for a product return, it must have all its labels and original packaging, and must be unused, as well as without any visible defects caused, which will be considered by Absolute Face & Body Medspa.
• If the product is returned due to factory or manufacturing defect, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer. Once the product has been analyzed by our team and it is determined that it was a factory defect, the return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense plus the product can be exchanged for another one of the same value.
